Tracey Stanley
My vision is to help organizations with the insights needed to devise and implement strategies for positive organizational change.
I support leaders to manage changes more effectively and sustainably, and help individuals handle change and transition in their working lives.
I have over 30 years’ experience working in higher education and leading transformational change across large teams in student services, libraries and IT support.
I have led digital transformation initiatives and worked with funder bodies to develop and manage research support systems and shared library management systems.
I believe in leading with authenticity and empathy, fostering trust and a growth mindset.
Having lived through many organizational changes myself, and seen the deeply negative effects of poor change practices, I am keen to support leaders to develop better and more sustainable change solutions.
This starts with the team, and understanding the five pillars of secure and connected teams: consistency, availability, responsiveness, reliability and predictability. With these as a firm foundation, teams can flourish through change and can successfully navigate their way through to longer-term success and stability.
I have worked extensively with senior stakeholders in the public sector and have been a Board member as well as Board chair.
I am deeply committed to making the workplace a more inclusive environment and have worked on and led many EDI initiatives; including race awareness, inclusive recruitment practices, assessment of inequality in services and action planning to address equality gaps.
Outside of work I am active in my community as a trustee, fundraiser and volunteer.
